Helmet:

Arguably a helmet is the most important piece of safety gear you should wear while riding an ATV. If there’s anything you put on first, it is your helmet & if there’s anything you take off last, it must be your helmet.

When buying a helmet first look at the back of it to see which safety standard it has. Preferably you should look for “DOT” and “Snell” logos which indicate it has passed a high level of safety standard.
